Well...
since BUSH had no foreign policy experience starting out
it seems it has paid off well for him ....
he has managed to create a disaster out of every foreign
policy contact -
Iraq, Israel, United Nations, North Korea, France, Germany, and the list goes on and on

BUSH is clearly the worst president we have had in this century.
