I'd rather refrain from using words "inflation" and "deflation" altogether. They are just too confusing because everyone has a contradictory opinion on what they mean.

The major current imbalance in US is a huge mountain of debt. The main question: will debt holders be able to service it? The point that CI made in #reply-19289274 is that without rising wages this debt can't be serviced.
