I noticed "gentile force" too, but resisted.

About the idea of labelling someone a rapist who hasn't used actual force or fear, but only the pressure of persistence, which is often used as a strategy to get the woman's libido to overrule her judgment. That standard assumes, of an adult woman of normal intelligence, that she is essentially a child who needs to be protected from her own foolishness. That doesn't seem like a good message.

Probably that's been said.
