Yes a rising interest rate is a risk factor for a fixed interest rate investment like GRT_Pf. However I am happy with the interest rate of 8.8% in the current environment, the interest rate differential to doing nothing (money market fund) is about 7%, which is quite large , IMO. A 8.8% return with a fairly low risk investment right now is very good and much better than I think I would get from a broad based US stock index with a much higher risk. This makes it a value pick according to my own criteria.
