Don't confuse her with facts.
She is blissfully thriving in her own ignorance.

Did you also notice that Oracle paid 35% tax in 02 and 36% tax in 01?

You are forgetting Social security. And you need to add in the employer match as well as the employee contribution, because that walks out the door with the offshored job. SS + medicare is about 15K for every 100K job, it puts the tax rate closer to 42% best case for the employee.

Social security is the bug in the whole equation really. As you know I have been griping about that tax for along time. You dump the US jobs and these huge taxes that the middle class pays go away too. Oh I forgot SS is "not a tax", what BS. Are corporations willing to pay this, I will ask you.

Just look at the tax receipts for corps in 2000, which was a huge profits year for most US companies, corporations paid 10% against the total tax receipts.

BTW if you think about it, ask yourself this question.
Can the US survive if the only tax revenue we get from a 10 billion dollar corporation is one million dollars in tax revenue per year. It should be obvious that personal income and fica taxes are the entire reason we can afford Bush shenanigans in Iraq and other wasteful Bushonomics schemes.
