I had to read that over three times before I found Bush's statement: "We have decided that we can attack anybody at anytime, and we can do it without an actionable cause -- unilaterally." Oh...wait...that statement by Bush was not in what you posted, nor is it anywhere...hmmm could it be a l...l...lllll...mistake? In fact what you posted as "The Bush Doctine" does not appear to be authored by Bush either. Were the uncited quotes supposed to make me think that it was?
