I think jobs reports over the next 2-3 months will determine whether we are seeing a speed bump here or turning down. Profits on cost-cutting are great, but typical cyclical recoveries have a huge upswing in revenues for the private sector -- not just beating a bunch of funny numbers and guiding to the high end of this or that sales target which is still down from a year ago.
