If you are unable to substantiate your claim that the following is "The Bush Doctrine"... "We have decided that we can attack anybody at anytime, and we can do it without an actionable cause -- unilaterally." Then I am happy to accept your apologies that the statement was a mistake, a false allegation, propaganda, left wing lock step loyalty to sound bites, or some other explanation. "...ok tell me what your definition of the BUSH doctrine is?" Why would anyone be so 'bold' (being kind with my choice of words) as to proclaim a doctrine that is "The Bush Doctrine" that they make up on their own? I certainly will do nothing that was so incredibly disingenuous.
