Offshoring was going on all through the '90s, and didn't matter. I doubt it has suddenly become "the problem"........

I think that the Bush Cabal "gets it" very well indeed. To a "man," none of them give a s*** about the social infrastructure, and therefore, fate, of anyone this country except their very rich peers. Further, I think they deliberately urge outsourcing ... and offshoring. They own the companies, after all. Thru the Carlyle Group, if not directly thru CEO compensation and persent or future retirement benefits. Witness Dick Cheenie the Weenie's lifelong compensation from Halliburton. lb
