Besides, those costs will be incurred whether or not he is jailed. It's not a substitute; it's additive. No, I didn't mean it to be additive. She needs the shrink not to deal with being raped but to deal with the SOB getting away with it. Either/or in my point. I realize, BTW, that it is a stretch. Only trying to point out that you seem to be trying to even the score, gender wise, much like evening the affirmative action score, out of resentment at the uppity underdog finally getting an inch of your mile. Gotta get that inch back. Perhaps I'm reading too much into these arguments by you and others that men should not be at risk of rape charges doing what comes naturally, that women should continue to bear the full burden as they have for eons.
