You chose two or three data points and make a "linear extrapolation", then have to ask what is patently false? Do you think politics and history are linear, Jacob?

What makes you think all the trouble stems from "Israel's unwillingness to return to the 1967 frontiers"? Was it ever recognized within those borders? Was it free from terrorism while it was within those borders? Did it have normal relations with its neighbors while it was within those borders? Did the talks in 2000 fall apart over borders? Hint: the answers are no, no, no and no.
