On what basis do you cast him out of the massage parlor?
I am not casting him anywhere. I'm suggesting he find a more suitable line of work. I wouldn't advise someone who hates the sight of blood to be a doctor or nurse. I wouldn't advise someone afraid of heights to be a pilot or a tightrope walker. I wouldn't advise someone skittish to be a pizza delivery man. I wouldn't advise an atheist to be a priest. I wouldn't advise an introvert to be a social director. But if that's what they want to fail at, it's their choice.

Your logic is not working. If a person chooses to be a vegetarian he probably would be averse to handling meat but not necessarily, especially if the only available jobs in town is at a slaughter house.

In the interests of brevity, I assumed that the vegetarian was an ethical vegetarian, like Cosmic, a vegetarian because he couldn't bear the thought of causing pain to or killing animals, not because he didn't want to clog his arteries. That seems to me to be quite analogous to your masseur.

<Your logic is more like...if a guy is allergic to onions, he should stop being a vegetarian...huh?

LOL. I see your point but it's off target. More like if he's allergic to beans he should stop being a vegetarian. That's because vegetarians need protein and it would be too hard to get enough if you couldn't eat beans. I wouldn't want the vegetarian to die of malnutrition nor would I want the masseur to be on the dole because he couldn't get a job.

Let me ask you this? Let's say this guy didn't want to be a masseur but an emergency medical technician or an ER doctor and he refused to work on women and gays? Or a priest or social worker who wouldn't counsel gays? What would you think of that?

. He has no problem providing physical therapy via massage to men. The only question that was posed is whether he should be forced to massage women as a matter of legality (ie discrimination).

Suppose he says he isn't going to give massages to any Muslim men. Or to any blacks, or jews, or people with handicaps. Would you grant him the right to place in the front of the store a sign saying "no blacks, jews, Muslims, or handicapped people served. You scum all walk on by."
