No it wasn't.

It was settled for $900,000. Clinton's lawyers informed the court of the settlement after Bubba wrote out the big check to his victim.

"Thrown out of court" is not the complete story.

Yes, the Paula Jones case was dismissed in April 1998.
Although, remember that Clinton committed perjury
during his January 1998 deposition.
Don't you think that might have resulted
in some weakening of Paula's case?

However, she brought it up to a federal appeals panel
in September 1998.

Clinton settled the case out-of-court for $850K
in November 1998 before the appeals panel ruled.
Having gone through the wringer already, do you
really think Clinton would have settled if he
thought his case was strong?
