If you recall, there was some legal dispute
about the "definition of sexual relations".

Clinton tried to claim his answers were truthful
because he did not have "sexual relations" as
defined by the law.

Starr was merely responding to Clinton by providing
evidence to the contrary.

Clinton brought this all on himself!

He could have just settled out-of-court in the first place.
He eventually did this anyway!
