Of course not. I would think it quite appropriate to turn away any client who wanted something unprofessional from any professional. A dance instructor or dentist could and should turn away a client who is making advances. So could and should a realtor or a shrink.

If the gay client misbehaves, he should be politely shown the door. Or maybe even impolitely. That is different from screening out gays at the door. Most gays just want to have their calves fixed, just like everyone else. It's silly to think they've come to a massage therapist for sex.
