Yep. I suggest complaining. Non-complainers paying more is ok by me. If your asking me COULD the addition have cost $250,000 based on the square footage etc. Absoulutly. The fact that heard me, asked for concrete paperwork and adjusted me with a smile and apology made the experience one of the more pleasent i've had with a government beaurocracy.
