OT: California, I've been rooting around for sometime but I cant find where I'd read it. But the public employee unions are pushing a bill as fast and hard as they can to get themselves a 100% retirement checks instead of their messily 90%.
The thinking is Davis and the demo's would suck a telephone pole to stay in office, so what better time to grab for the cash.
