Glenn, I'd love to see the study on the negative correlation between being both a Bush Pioneer and a crook and SEC/DoJ action against a perp. Sam Waksall and Martha Stewart were loosely aligned with Democratic Party politics and are victims of show trials. Ken Lay, Bernie Ebbers, Pug Winokur and a host of others at Dynegy, El Paso et al are regular bribers of the Bush machine. The difference in their fates is stark. In America, we no longer have anything remotely resembling justice.
