OK. Let's see if I understand your positions. Relative to reporting net income, you believe options are not a cost. Relative to a possible trend to use an offshore workforce -- employee and outsourced -- you believe *options are a cost*.

It doesn't require the logic of Aristotle to see that you are not being consistent. To suit your arguments du jour, you can't have it both ways.

Choose a) or b):
a) Options *are* a business expense.
b) Options *are not* a business expense.
