We have some excellent fundamental posters such as Russ, CC and JP, and then a number of TA people and traders such as yourself, Little Joe and many others who I hope will not be offended if I don't mention their names. IMO, fundamentals plus technicals makes a winning combination. I also agree. TA is a very useful method to try to predict stock behavior for «operating» companies. I dont use it very much however because I am not convinced that the usual indicators (or figures or any other well known TA indicator) work in the case of exploration companies on the verge of starting an exploration or drilling campaign. According to my experience, there must be a new set of indicators (technical or behavioral), some of them visible on graphs, others not visible at all, for exploration companies. When Bob Brumell started its web site, I strongly suggest to him to do some «dd» on Private Placements. According to me, this is one of the most important indicator in the business of mining exploration (Timing, amount, participants....). He did and I think his work will help everybody. Others are the «sell on the news by insiders» phenomenon, timing of financing, options to insiders, lenght of rumors....... I will be pleased to hear from people here if they have found such particular indicators in the case of mining exploration companies. JP
