If I have no way of knowing that they're homosexual, and they don't indicate that to me by actions or language then obviously there's no issue. I have nothing to be concerned about.

The problem arises if they overtly in some way make clear that they are homosexual but haven't yet made a signal that they want something other than a simple massage. But the same would be true for opposite gender people, so the same rule should apply. Either I am allowed to refuse service to people whose gender or sexual orientation are such as to view men as potential sex partners, whether these individuals do so or not, or I have to serve anyone, including women, and wait for them to make some kind of signal that they are interested in more than a simple massage before being allowed to tell them sorry, please leave now.
