Fox (not CNN) reports Dean just flip-flopped on five issues plus told a bald-faced lie. Israel, taxes, world trade, troop levels in Iraq, etc. plus saying no other candidates talk race in front of white audiences. The press is finally about to pop the Dean balloon. Fox mocked Dean's "straight-talker" image in this piece which included no opponents of Dean's, just the network reporting.

" Dean has created controversy for his off-the-cuff remarks last week on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. "......

Since when does taking positions on major issues become " off the cuff remarks "!!??

Oh well ...that's the HARD RIGHT WAPO fer ya.\
Not worth the paper they are printed on from that ever elusive " fair and balanced " perspective.

Too funny.

"Dean-Clark alliance would also underscore the relative inexperience that both men have in national campaigns"

I wonder how many managers would jump ship if they teamed up.. With little action in the others running some must be ready to jump.

Clark was quoted in this morning news (msnbc) as seriously thinking about announcing his run next week...
