I'm not sure it's quite that many! They show about 70 m. outstanding and then there's all the convertible debt with RCF. I don't understand just how many shares that would represent. The EZM PR guy suggested that if they can do a deal to start up the mine again (if zinc goes above $0.45), then cash flow would be used to pay down the debt rather than equity. But I've no idea if this is feasible.
