The Company is in the process of reviewing several new business opportunities, including the development of oil & gas properties. For the 6 months ended 6/03, revenues totaled $2K, vs. $0. Net loss fell 36% to $418K. Results reflect revenues from oil and gas operations, the absence of $150K in director fees, and lower consulting expenses.
