That companies do NOT have the right to decide who they will and will not serve based on the person's race or gender.

I think the distinction we're making is between a company and this masseur, who has a small business, just him. E just made the point about renting an apartment in an an apartment building and renting a room in your house. A company cannot discriminate, but I would think Jewel's masseuse and my neighbor can make their own decisions based on whatever criteria they choose. And of course accept the risks of bad decisions. You get to choose your clients, don't you?
