scoot- no we've not been to eastern washington - hell, i haven't even been to eastern b.c. <g> but roasting a bunch of peppers for the freezer sounds like a great idea. i might just do some of that this weekend. it rained here yesterday all day - nice steady drizzle and it was good. if you listen really hard you can hear tiny little 'thank yous' emanating from the garden and if you look really closely you can see little teensy tiny flower petal eyes winking at you and if you sit perfectly still for a minute or two you can feel soft little butterfly kisses landing on your brow. i be very good today <s> zita
