Yes, as you have declared several times now. However, it is only your presumption that "he can't", is "preoccupied with the fear," and is "stuck in puberty." A mature, confident, thoughtful adult would not fit that description would he? Of course not. So, it is impossible that a mature, confident, thoughtful adult would set such a standard, right? Well, its at least right that you must declare it to be so...Is that an "absolute" declaration?
