I'm not talking about a public accommodation like a coffee shop. If you have a store front on main street, you accept all comers. I'm talking about my neighbor, the massage therapist, or my other neighbor, the cranky downstairs one, who does taxes and bookkeeping from her home office. I can't imagine anyone cares on what basis they accept or don't accept clients. For the therapist who goes into people's homes when they're naked, I would expect her to err on the side of caution. In both cases, a reputation of discrimination could negatively affect their businesses.
