I know of nothing that requires a masseur to book any customer requesting his services........ Wouldn't you think, though, that Gold's Gym, for example, would need to take all comers and that our masseur, were he the only one on duty, would have to roll up his sleeves?

Nor any requirement that a restaurant seat any comer. But the distinction who to serve should not be made on the grounds of race, gender, etc. That's just my opinion, of course. But it's an opinion I spent a lot of time and energy defending in the 60s, and it's not one I'm willing to give up lightly. Keeping Bonhoeffer in mind.
