Wouldn't you think, though, that Gold's Gym, for example, would need to take all comers and that our masseur, were he the only one on duty, would have to roll up his sleeves?

Nor any requirement that a restaurant seat any comer.

But the distinction who to serve should not be made on the grounds of race, gender, etc.

That's just my opinion, of course. But it's an opinion I spent a lot of time and energy defending in the 60s, and it's not one I'm willing to give up lightly.

Would you, then, support the right of a maseusse to refuse to book customers based on their race? To advertise and run a whites only, or a blacks only, business?
