I understand. I agree with you, and said so before, that Jewel's masseur's criteria are wrong-headed. If his concern is that he not touch those who might get aroused, excluding women is over-broad and excluding men is also over-broad plus way, way too loaded. We agree, then, that spooky is a suitable criterion. Cool.

Now, should there be a law that he can't discriminate against either women or gays or both? And, if so, how much of the state's energy should go into enforcing it?
