Ok, my point was that bin Laden had gone to ground and not hanging by the ears when Bush took over. Harder to catch when he's been cut loose and down the warren.

Bush hasn't been able to catch Osama, Saddam or find WMD's. His supporters have no business criticizing Clinton for not catching Osama. At least Clinton's family wasn't in business with Osama's family the way Bush's was, and at least he didn't let them out of the country after 9-11 without being interrogated. Clinton lobbed a bunch of Cruise missiles at Saddam and was planning a Pakistani strike force to assassinate Osama. He missed a few opportunities, came close a few times, whatever. But don't blame Clinton. Despite 200 billion and half our army over there Bush hasn't gotten Osama and has had two years to do it. Almost as if he doesn't WANT to catch him. Maybe as part of another Saudi-Bush coverup.
