<<<Was the $350 million bid for the 2600 hospitals..>>>

The last I heard, Iraq had a population of around 25 million, are you suggesting Iraq has 2600 hospitals, or 1 for approximately every 9000 Iraqis?

I live in a community with a population of around 30,000. One hospital serves that community. Saddam must have had a wonderful health care program for his people, compared to America, if the number of facilities are actually over 3 times what is typical in the United States on a per capita basis.

Maybe George was just jealous of Saddam because his own health care policies look so pathetic by comparison. Of course it's also possible your 2600 figure is nonsense, even if we ignore that fact it doesn't have any relationship to the windfall Halliburton contracts, or the fact hospitals were bombed and the bombing was planned for ahead of the fact, in total disregard for International conventions against the more despicable types of war crimes.
