Mine is 10 MB..

Every day I have 4-5 IE sessions, 1 IE chat session, 2 IB TWS going full blast.. Now and again I also have QT running at the same time..

I have mine set at 25mbs. I clear my cache every night as part of regular maintenance and have never had more than 10 mbs of junk in it. Making it larger is just wasting space. I think someone using dialup could benefit from a larger amount of cache space so their browser would not have to download as much info if they regularly visit the same sites but with cable it's less of a concern.
