I want to start a daily log of em.
YEsterday: my 15th phone call in a week to my broker about why my cash balance showed 0.00. Finally got a manager on the line who fixed it overnight, only after my threat to leave em 9am if it wasnt done. Then three calls to AAA about my missing membership cards, promised weeks ago.
That was just the start of my day.

Here's another: There's an ongoing nursing shortage, especially in hospitals. So 2 RN's (or 1 RN and 2 aides) now do the work the 3 RN's used to do.....only it now costs twice as much! Oh, but I know the aides are much less likely to make medication errors, or misread my BP, or fail to recognize that I'm going into septic shock! It's hedonic nirvana!<NG>
