Oh yeah, that reminds me, one more thing....for this to work, you'd need a federal law mandating malpractice reform. No more courts, mandatory arbitration in ALL cases, and caps to punitive damages. Gotta get off the "lawyers mandating standard of care" treadmill, it's the only way (and the best). Terese would approve, I assume...John Edwards would not.<G>

We'll get around to this, sooner or later. If jobs continue their relentless migration to China and India it may be sooner, but my guess is it happens within 15 years in any event.
