Dean has recently flip-flopped on tax cuts. Originally he was for only cutting the top part of the Bush tax cuts. Dean shoots off his mouth before he does his homework too much of the time. Obviuosly, he realized later he'd made a big math mistake so he changed. Why make the mistake in the first place? Reminds me too much of Bush.
