re: MHCA
James - they have to apply for listing on a major exchange to change this, maybe they find this premature.. for example "friendly hands" to management could use this to buy a bigger position cheaper..

And each exchange - NAZ, AMEX, NYSE got it's own listing criteriae.. NAZ and AMEX have NTA requirements (Net tangible assets). Now MHCA has an ultra-high self-insurance reserve - this treatment was deliberately chosen. I think before the Florida transaction, the reserve was so high that MHCA was not yet NTA positive.. The Florida transaction changed this for sure.. I'm waiting for the next or the next after 10Q which reflects the asset sale..

chances are way higher now that a move to a major exchange - NASDAQ preferably - will happen this year..

MHCA on fire lately. I got a starter position a few days ago, but haven't added to it. Sadness....
