The guy is nothing more than a common terrorist. He should have been "removed" in the 70's when he was in Beirut and Israel had the chance.

I agree. Get him out and further isolate him. To those that say this will enrage the Arabs against us. What's new? To those that say the European union will oppose this. What's new? My policy would be to remove any leader of the PLO that will not act reasonably with regard to terror and continue removing successive leaders until they get the picture. Some great person once said (I don't remember who) that you cannot negotiate and build a new country until it admits defeat and surrenders. Israel needs to bring the PLO to that point. Then, perhaps there will be a real chance to build a neighboring relationship of peace and goodwill. Will this ever happen? Fat chance.
