I would not. I would not consider it evidence that health related careers are unsuitable for you. I would not label you as an agist. I would not suggest that you are hateful. I would not venture that you are discriminating against old people. I would not mock you for visiting your elders and taking advantage of their many offers to contribute to your life, or for being employed by, taking classes from, or getting medical services from a senior citizen. I would consider it a good choice on your part; one that is thoughtful, mature, and respectful.

No, not at all. And if the person were a physical therapist, rather than a masseur, I might view it differently. I am, however, assuming it is not, in fact, part of his professional obligation to take all who are assigned him.........
