FRANKFORT, Ky.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 5, 2003--PlanGraphics, Inc. (OTCBB: PGRA - News) will serve as part of an international consultant team that will study the potential for applying intelligent transportation system (ITS) techniques to municipal transportation systems in China.
PlanGraphics is under a $200,000 contract to The Energy Foundation, a partnership of major foundations interested in sustainable energy, for the initial phase of the analysis and design.

Help the local team develop an implementation strategy, plan and scope for the BRT demonstration projects
