First of all, there is no poor treatment of our troops.

If you happen to read, a Congressman got wind of the law, passed in '81 by the democrats, and has submitted legislation to overturn it.

And if you had read further, you would have read that our soldiers are given $8.10 a day for meals, and since he was eating free in a hospital, he was in effect double dipping. So the bill for $8.10 made it a wash.

And I agree with the good Republican Congressman introducing the legislation, because no our soldiers should not be billed.
