My intent is simply to keep the issue alive. I will do so in the future. I know you will love that. I love the expression, "M&Ms." It sums up the Bureaucratic answer to every charge of incompetence. They always want more "men and money." It just isn't the same if I say, "more men and women and money." (Perhaps the feminists should be happy I leave the out when charging incompetence.) We do a "School Dance," John. I bring up an example of incompetence in the school system. You give me an "M&M" answer. I show that there is no correlation between competence and money in the school system by pointing out the money that the NYC and DC systems get. You deny it. Then we do it again the next week.
