No, I had no knowledge of any payments made to the Stockreporter, nor did I know that they charged to write reports when I wrote the email to them. It is all detailed in the motion I posted the text to earlier.

I was told that the company did not pay the Stockreporter.de or Christina Skousen and the SEC did not charge the company with anything.

All I did was ask them to take a look at the company. The lawsuit was dropped against me after I provided documentation to prove I did not have anything to do with the Stockreporter.de other than writing an email. They were not in trouble until 10 months after I wrote the email. There was no way for me to know by hindsight that they were doing something that was not being disclosed.

Even the charges filed by Harvest Court were withdrawn.

If it was you who brought them down more power to you.
