Many are talking about changing the law. THe fact that someone could become GOv with only a small percentage of the vote is what makes most want the law changed. Davis could lose the recall by a 51 yes to 49 no vote. Our next Gov could have 20% of the next part of the ballot and become Gov the next day....................the law needs to be changed so that a regular election could take place so the new GOv would have to win with a greater percentage of the vote. I didn't live in Ca when Reagan was GOv so I have no knowledge of that period in history. Pat
