Ok, well that is the way I have framed the question, which puts the finger pointing on the other guy. Most people are much more willing to lay blame over there. Maybe that is why it is more commonly reported via that approach. I believe that you are the careful type of person who would avoid the temptation to touch someone (handshake or otherwise) in a situation that could be problematic...and are exceptional in that regard rather than typical.

You realize that the reverse is the stereotype in our culture...right?

although I do think people who do not rationally examine their lives are more prone to "sparking" at inappropriate times, then people who are more rational. I think some people spark at poor times, because they mix up things.

I think a lot of people are just bored, and use sexual excitement as a "cure" for general boredom- for example. And the people who do this, seem, for the most part, to be clueless they are doing it.
