After 9 Oct 02 when the SOX bottomed along with the NASDAQ, the "bounce" took the indices upward through the new year and the next low for the SOX occurred on 2/7/03(the NASDAQ didn't bottom until 3/11/03). Since the low for the SOX, the gains for the individual stocks have been really substantial as shown by the table below. LSI, NSM, AMD, TER, BRCM, and ALTR are all up over 100 percent.
