I'm trying to find out how many troops we have in countries that have undermined everything we do, even before hearing compromise plans. How many troops do we have in Germany and/or France? Anyone over here know?

It seems to me that we have no good reason for leaving our precious resources where they are not welcome, supporting those economies.
