I guess we have to label this mess somehow, we call it Bush. But Cheney, Rummie, Wolfie, Rove and host of other "rotten to the core" lifers are just using Bush as a front man. He really is just an ignorant pawn. Notice the only one with a shred of decency is Powell, and he has made several overtures toward resigning to keep his slate clean. Boy that talk sure gets hushed up quick. You got to look between the lines to see the truth in Washington, Powell nuances and the Clark grumblings are about the only place to see it.
