i'm most happy to learn that it was useful and you're definitely welcome.

let us know how it goes when you do the install.

the instructions say for NAV2002 and newer you can do like i did and leave the old program in place and 2004 will uninstall it for you. if you get a dialog very early in the process saying the installer detected another AV program and recommending that you remove it, you can ignore it.

make sure you get the pro edition... that's the one with 2 user licenses. the buy.com write up has that wrong, btw. they say 1 user license. i have confirmed it is 2 both via symantec site and via the box that arrived at my door.
