I believe the national democrat folks arrive in ca. Bill Clinton and company to support Davis... I still think he had good chance of not getting recalled... We also have the court of judges three appointed by clinton and one by carter to decided on aclu appeal of unfair voting for the six counties..

Arnold will have to do a much better job to convince democrats to cross over and vote for him...

I wonder if Arnie should instead be the one to withdraw? The shortened time frame (until the next "real" election) is going to be an exceptionally heavy burden on October's winner. Schwarz. could spend time that time further solidifying his political foundation for the next race. Octobers's winner is almost a set-up for failure, which could be (shrewdly) helpful for the Terminator's next run.
